All sales are final. The download or video access starts the moment your payment succeeds, and before paying you confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

If something is wrong with the product itself, a broken file, a missing chapter, a link that does not open, write to support@educatedbear.com. We answer within one business day and fix it.
