What you buy

A licence for personal use of a digital product: files you download, or access to video lessons. The product is described on its page, including its version and the date it was last updated.

Immediate performance and the right of withdrawal

Delivery starts as soon as payment succeeds. Before paying, you ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal or cancellation once the download begins. This consent, its wording version, the time and a fingerprint of your IP address are stored with your order.

All sales are final

Because delivery is immediate, all sales are final. If a file does not open or a link does not work, write to support and we will fix it.

Updates

When the underlying exam outline or tool changes and we revise the product, you get the new version at no cost at the same access link.

Personal use

Do not resell, share or publish the files. Each copy is watermarked with the buyer’s email address.

Independence

Our products are independent publications and are not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored or approved by the vendors whose exams or tools they cover.
